| "All they came up with" has a great start and switch of tempo around 1 minute into the song creating a climax enhanced by the vocal echoes. Good bass presence. The lyrics of Alex Chaves have a visceral imagery of innocence with a shocking derivative. Seems to have an off beat cadence near the end of the song. Possibly a benefit to the songs conclusion. | "Alarm Clock" Seems a little more put together than the song "All they came up with". The minimalistic use of sounds attribute the songs consistent strength. The relaxed tempo pushes you through the story with just enough info for you to visualize a world apart. Both of these songs are better understood when listened to twice. |
